RATES

All tariffs are per night and include up to 2 people (1bdr) and 4 people max (2bdr).
Extra person $20 per night. Child U12 $10 linen fee. Porta cot and high chair available free of charge upon request.

2 BEDROOM VILLAS
$390 per night, incl 4 adults max, 2-night minimum

1 BEDROOM VILLAS
$290 per night, incl 2 adults, 2-night minimum

Villas available for one-night stays upon request

Public holidays incur a $40 surcharge per night per villa, 3-night minimum

Xmas and Easter incur a $40 surcharge per night per villa, 3-night minimum

Bookings of 5 or more consecutive nights receive a 10% discount. (Excluding days that fall on public holidays)

NOTES

Payment is due in full 7 days prior to check in date

A 50% cancellation fee is charged if booking is cancelled within 2 days of the booked date.

A 100% cancellation fee is charged if booking is cancelled within 1 day of the booked date.

A $25 admin fee or 10% fee for all online bookings applies to all cancellations.

Check in time is 2pm. Departure time is 10:00am unless prior arrangements are made.
