How do I make a reservation?

• You can book with us directly by phone on 0418521944 or online at redramia.com.au-panoramiavillas. To alter or change your booking please contact us directly. We also use these accommodation platforms: Booking.com, AirBnB and Expedia Group.

What are our check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in time is at 2 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Should you require an earlier or later time, please contact us directly to inquire about possible alternative arrangements.

What’s included in our room rate?

• Bed linen & towels
  Luxury range of Wallawa toiletries
  Freshly ground, locally roasted Honeybird coffee, & Tea Leaves range of premium selection teas, Organic juice & welcome sweets.
  Complimentary $20 breakfast voucher @ Café Fez Myrtleford (one per stay)
  Complimentary $20 gift voucher for Red Ramia Trading (one per stay)
  Wi-Fi provided - limited
  Firewood provided for the cooler months - enough wood has been supplied for the duration of your stay. Should you require more firewood this can be arranged at $50 per load.

What’s our cancellation policy?

• Payment is due in full 7 days prior to check in date

    A 50% cancellation fee is charged if booking is cancelled within 2 days of the booked date.

    A 100% cancellation fee is charged if booking is cancelled within 1 day of the booked date.

    A $25 admin fee or 10% fee for all online bookings applies to all cancellations.

Is breakfast included?

• Guests will receive complimentary homemade baklava and a welcome juice upon arrival. 

     Additionally, guests receive a $20 voucher for Cafe Fez, our charming Moroccan-inspired cafe situated conveniently in the heart of town (5 mins away). 

    Cafe Fez is open seven days a week, serving delicious breakfast and lunch options from early morning until mid-afternoon, providing a perfect spot to start           your day or enjoy a midday meal in a vibrant and exotic setting.

Is there parking available?

• Each villa is thoughtfully designed with a dedicated carport, providing convenient and secure parking for residents. This ensures easy access to your accommodation and peace of mind regarding your vehicle's safety.

Are your villas family friendly?

•  We gladly welcome families and children to stay at Panoramia Villas. We offer flexible sleeping arrangements such as split beds and cots for infants. Our two-bedroom villas also include a fold-out sofa, providing another convenient option for kids.

What’s our policy on pets?

• This property maintains a strict no-pets policy. Animals are not permitted on the premises, including guest rooms and common areas, with the exception of service animals as defined by law. Please contact us directly for further details if required.

Do we have accessible rooms available?

• The Tsuchi Villa (Snug 2) is thoughtfully designed for spacious comfort and effortless accessibility. Its open-plan layout and generously sized bathroom provide ample room for relaxation and enjoyment, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience for all guests. If you require accessible 

What are the directions to the property?

• Whether you're traveling from the south (Melbourne) or the north (Sydney), take the Hume Freeway exit onto the Great Alpine Road, heading towards Bright.

    Upon reaching the township of Myrtleford, turn right onto Buffalo River Road. Continue for a few kilometers until you reach Clemens Lane.

    Turn left onto Clemens Lane and follow it until you see Panoramia Villas on your right-hand side. Our address is 124 Clemens Lane, Myrtleford.

What’s our Covid 19 Policy?

• At our villas, we are dedicated to ensuring every guest experiences the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Our professional cleaning team performs a thorough and comprehensive sanitization process between each guest's stay. This rigorous protocol goes beyond a superficial tidy-up, delving into every corner to guarantee a truly hygienically clean and safe environment. You can rest assured that your well-being is our top priority, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay in a space that is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean and safe.

Restrictions on number of guests?

• Tsuchi villas, Snug 1 & 2 accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

Our 1-bedroom villas, Jodhpur and Marrakesh, can host up to 3 guests. 

Our 2-bedroom villas, Peking and Kyoto, can host up to 5 guests.

Are there additional fees?

• $50 fee will be charged for all lost & unreturned keys. 

• If property is not left in a neat and tidy condition a cleaning fee may be charged at the owner's discretion.

• If you use the BBQ, you must clean it, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. 

• Guests are liable for any breakage or damage to the property during the guest booking period and the guest must pay for all cost of repair and replacement.

•  Extra guests, Child under 12 ($10 linen fee). Portacot and high chair available on request, no charge.
